Evtech was founded with a simple belief: property owners deserve a partner they can actually trust. Too many homeowners and investors were left dealing with unreliable contractors, unresponsive managers, and costly surprises. We set out to change that.
Over the past decade, we've grown from a small renovation crew in South Florida into a full-service property management and renovation company serving clients across the state. Our team combines deep construction expertise with the systems and communication that property owners actually need.
Today, we manage hundreds of properties and have completed over 150 renovation projects — from quick investment turnovers to full luxury transformations. Every project, big or small, gets the same level of care and attention to detail.
